WEB CASTING
Starting in the fall of 2007, due to New York State Executive Order #3, the REMSCO and REMAC must meet a mandate to have their meetings web cast.
With web casting comes some changes to past meeting practices. The meetings will begin promptly on time and the agenda will be strictly adhered to. While not forbidden, side conversations can not be tolerated due to challenges obtaining clear voice recordings for the broadcast, this includes cell phone calls. All Blackberry and cell phone ringers will be asked to be placed on mute or turned off altogether. Non-members who wish to bring a matter up before the REMSCO or REMAC will be asked to provide notice before hand and be succinct during the meeting itself.
Meetings recorded for web casting will be available no later than 2 business days following the meeting date. Closed captioning of the meeting will be provided no later than 7 business days following the meeting. Meetings will posted for a minimum of 30 days following the meeting date.

REMSCO The REMSCO conducts regular meetings the 4th Thursday in the months of January, March, May, June, September and November at the Westchester Department of Emergency Services, 4 Dana Rd., Valhalla, NY, at 6:00 PM, unless otherwise noted:
REMAC This year the REMAC will conduct regular meetings on 3rd Monday of every other month, at the Westchester Department of Emergency Services, 4 Dana Rd., Valhalla, NY, at 9:00 AM, unless otherwise noted.
WEATHER CANCELLATIONS Delays or cancellations of meetings due to inclement weather will be announced via the listserv and this website.
